We have been working with clubs, individual clients, and teams to professionalize female sports and it is now the time to broaden our involvement and influence.

As firm believers in sports a tool to achieve equality in society, this program is NARU Sports’s opportunity to utilize its knowledge and experience in changing the reality of female sports in many countries.

The Female Sports Development plan has three main objectives:

1. To elevate the standards of female sports in a particular country.
2. Strengthen the role of women as active and equal members in society.

3. Promote and raise awareness about gender equality
